As the Director of Operations, Andrew oversees client workflow, money movement, and firm projects to ensure an exceptional client experience. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional precision in operations, Andrew enhances operational efficiency, resulting in seamless and reliable service for our clients.

Andrew graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island, where he studied Finance and Economics. Before joining Maiden Cove, he worked at Fidelity Investments as an Implementation Project Manager.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys visiting the many parks in Portland with his dog, Noomi, or boating on Damariscotta Lake.

Damien Saccani, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™

Drawing upon his experience at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, Damien founded Maiden Cove Capital in 2020 with the mission to create a wealth management culture and platform that prioritizes the best interests of his clients.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Damien specializes in working with entrepreneurs, successful families, and clients in the entertainment industry.

Damien graduated from Middlebury College, where he double-majored in Psychology and Political Science and was a two-sport varsity athlete. He resides in Yarmouth, Maine, with his wife and two children. An active community member, he serves on the Board of Trustees at Maine College of Art & Design. In his free time, you can find him on the water, traveling, or in the air pursuing his private pilot license.
